We recognize the impact COVID-19 has on families and school districts in the North Sound region.  The North Sound Behavioral Health Advisory Board will work on plans to launch this contest soon. Opioids video contest

Grab your video camera and gather some friends to make a 30 – 60 second public service announcement to reach your peers about the dangers of opioid misuse. This is your time to educate and help make your community aware of the opioid epidemic that is impacting all aspects of our communities’ families and friends.

Contest is open to students at least 13 years of age and enrolled in the 9th through 12th grade at a public or private high school located in the North Sound region – which includes Skagit County, Snohomish County, Whatcom County, Island County and San Juan County – at the time of entry.
