Recovery Navigator Program (RNP)

The North Sound Recovery Navigator Program (RNP) is a voluntary program that will use holistic approaches to stabilize individuals in the community who are struggling with co-occurring Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and mental health conditions. Individuals are referred to the program from law enforcement, community-based organizations, family, friends, and a broad range of coordinated connections providing services to youth and adults.

With case management and community outreach, individuals referred to the program will benefit from care coordination and connections to a broad range of community resources including SUD and mental health treatment and recovery support services. In addition to providing short-term assistance while addressing the immediate needs of the individual, Outreach Navigators will meet people where they are at to lessen the burden of requiring them to come to an office.
