Youth Navigator Program (YNP)

The North Sound Youth Navigator Program (YNP) is delivered and monitored via the North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (NS BH-ASO) across our five county region which includes Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan.

The YNP is intended to establish and strengthen collaborative communication, identify community resources, provide care coordination, consultation, community outreach and offer multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) when clinically indicated with the goal to improve access to and coordination of services for children, youth, and families experiencing difficulty accessing Behavioral Health care.
