Island County Mobile Crisis Response, Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) Services, and Integrated First Responder Deployment

North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (North Sound BH-ASO) is soliciting proposals from qualified behavioral health agencies to build and operate a comprehensive, locally based, community-integrated behavioral health crisis response system on Whidbey Island in Island County, Washington. Services will include Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) functions, Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT) operations, and integrated deployment with Fire, EMS, law enforcement, 911/ICOM, and RCL/988, consistent with Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) requirements and the North Sound BH-ASO contract. Email NS_Contracts@nsbhaso.org with any questions.
